In here, you can feel free to share your own feelings and stories of living with a husband/ wife who has PTSD. Sharing and express our own feeling is really important, from here we could understand each other, we could have compathy, this could help us have less stress because now you know that someone else is experiencing the same feelings as yours, so you won’t feel lonely and scary.
I also want to make some new friends with people who has PTSD, it is a good opportunity to open yourself and share the feeling to others, that could help you feel you are not alone, instead, you could feel people still care and love you. Also, we could understand each other better through this communication that we could learn each other more.
